Usage
The lilac pansies are versatile in culinary use. Use the flowers as a decorative garnish on salads, desserts, cookies and cakes for a colourful and tasty touch. Place them in drinks such as lemonade, cocktails or champagne for a festive look. The small forest violets are also fun to make ice cubes with to add to summer drinks.
Storage advice
Place your bowl of flowers in the refrigerator immediately upon receipt. The shelf life is 3-5 days.
Pansies are very fragile. They can be a bit limp due to the journey. Before use, place them in some ice water for 10 minutes to let them recover.
