Taste
Edible cornflowers have a subtle, slightly sweet grassy taste.
Usage
Brighten up your salads, couscous and pastas with the colourful cornflowers. Decorate your desserts, sushi, ice cream, cakes and cupcakes or put the cornflowers in lemonade, cocktails or champagne for a festive touch.
Tip: you can also pull the cornflower petals off and sprinkle them over your dish. This gives a delicate, culinary effect.
Storage advice
